First solution is Hard Reboot

Quickly Press and Release Volume down button and power side button until you see the apple logo on the screen.

for iPhone 8 and 8 Plus Quickly Press and Release Volume up and down button, after that only hold on the side button.

Now only press and Hold side button until you see the Apple logo on screen after that your iPhone's lock screen. Follow the next solution if not.

Seconds solution is Clean up the Headphone jack

Use Plastic or Wooden small stick and clean up your headphone jack from all the corners. once you clean check that headphone is working or not. and i think stuck mode will resolve all the time.

Third solution is Reset All Settings

-Wrong Settings for Auto audio call routing and music always play on headphone with a change to default after reset all the settings. Some time network problem also creating a problem like this.

Go to the Settings, General, Reset, Reset all settings.

The fourth solution is Install the Latest Version of iOS

-check for available new Update for your iPhone under the settings app. Tap on Settings app, General, Software Update.

The fifth solution is to restore the iPhone using iTunes

first connect your iPhone to iTunes using Lightning cable. Now Press and release the volume down button and side button until iTunes will say your iPhone is in recovery mode. for iPhone 8, Recovery mode buttons are different than iPhone 7/7 Plus. see on screen or Check video description.

Click on Restore button to install clean iOS on the iPhone.
