Boy George is one of the artists who has embraced the Talenthouse vision to enable emerging artists from all disciplines around the world to secure recognition and compensation.

He turned to Talenthouse to launch a Creative Invite, where he invited artists around the world to create a club mix for his Yes We Can a cappela. After listening to all the tracks that were submitted through Talenthouse, Boy George has chosen one of the artists to collaborate with on a future project Mark McFarland (Michigan, U.S.).

Boy George is Mark McFarlands biggest influence as an artist and the reason he began remixing music as a hobby since 1993 and writing songs since the age of 12. Mark, who currently works full time as a administrative assistant in health management administration, views Talenthouse and this experience as a perfect way to be recognized and to collaborate with his favorite artist. Mark was thrilled to be able to share his Yes We Can remix to Boy George:

I am thrilled to have been selected by Boy George, who has had the biggest creative influence on me and I hope that this opportunity will help me peruse remixing as a career.

A pop icon synonymous with creative collaboration from his days as lead singer of the 1980s group Culture Club to his current work with David Hoyle (The Divine David), Boy George has turned to Talenthouse to identify artists like Mark, and he is pleased to announce this collaboration.
