Two counts of Forgery, a Class Four Felony
One count of Theft by Extort-Accuse of Crime, a Class Four Felony

My coverage of this case started with Clayton Echard's paternity case (which he won alleging that there was never a pregnancy). Let's talk about fake pregnancies and the psychology behind this type of behavior.
