The Pawkit portable water activity meter is lightweight and space-saving. Its measurements deliver an accuracy of ±0.02 aw in 5 minutes. Ideal for on the spot checking.

The ultra-compact Pawkit delivers ±0.02aw measurements in 5 minutes, perfect for quick checks at facilities without laboratories. It uses a dielectric humidity sensor to measure in the range of 0.1 to 1.0 aw, with a resolution of ±0.01aw. Measuring water activity away from the lab has never been so easy.
