Plant-based recipe developer, author and chef Zacchary Bird amazed the internet this month with his unbelievable vegan Christmas roast dinner that looked exactly like a real roast turkey.

The 27-year-old said the holidays could be tough for vegans - who in the past have usually been forced to have a plate of vegetables on Christmas, while everyone else chows down on delicious festive food.
