How hobbies can have positive effects to mental health by encouraging happiness, relaxation and productivity by lowering stress and improving sleep and performance at school along with strengthening social skills. Nehir Kılvan was born on the 19th of November in 2005. She is currently in the 11th grade. Some of her hobbies include reading, writing, playing the piano, dancing and painting. She's always been a big admirer of Ted talks so she's very grateful for this opportunity she's been given.
