►Ingredients
Fish - 300gms
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

►Method
1. Mix all the spices with lemon juice and oil to make the marination.
2. Apply it really well onto the fish.
3. Place the marinated fish on the pan and pour some oil on the fish.
4. Place the plate in the oven and grill for 20 minutes.
5. Serve it with some lemon and Enjoy.
