This is my favorite piece of all from Doctor Who. It's really just so gorgeous and rich-sounding. I hope mere violins can do it justice.

This wasn't hard to transcribe, but really really really hard to arrange (for me)! I have never felt so constricted by the octave limits of my instrument. ;__;

Also... I actually arranged this for FOUR violins... and I HAD recorded all the parts (with video)... but found, after already mixing the sound, to my abject horror... THAT THE VIDEO FOR ALL THE TAKES FOR THE SECOND VIOLIN PART WAS ACCIDENTALLY DELETED AND THERE WAS NO RERECORDING BECAUSE I'D ALREADY MIXED IN THE PART AND AND AAAAAAAHHHHHHH...TECHNOLOGY! asdflkjksdfm O______O (I was all closet-cosplayed as Rasilon too... super-brows and robe and all. That was hard to do. T__T;;;)

...so if you happen to wonder why there's sometimes a violin playing that doesn't go with what's in the video, that's why. boohoohoo I hate editing so much whine, whine =__=
