Compiled all footage of Casiopea playing at Budokan and touched up the quality, using the DVD and TV sources. However, this is not the full concert, as there are various cuts made in the footage only used for the broadcast. However, this is still a very enjoyable concert, and perhaps Casiopea's best in 1983. The TV Footage was upscaled to 1080p and interpolated to 60fps with Topaz Video AI, and the audio was touched up in iZotope RX 10. The DVD footage was upscaled to 1080p and deinterlaced with Topaz Video AI. Restoration of digital media is more than imperfect, that's why restoring video is pretty unfeasible. As a result, the video looks a bit odd at some times, but it is more visually pleasing than compression.

Performed live at Nippon Budokan on April 23rd, 1983. Casiopea opens with a medley made for the Cross Point Tour in 1981, the "Best Hits Medley". It is unknown why they played this, perhaps to showcase their earlier tracks to the larger audience they drew in with Mint Jams and Photographs. As well, 1983 seemed to be a year they looked back at old 1981 live content, considering they used a transition of Gypsy Wind ~ Black Joke (   • Casiopea  / Gypsy Wind ～Black Joke  ) only used in a few concerts in the summer of 1981, in a medley used in summer 1983 performances:    • CASIOPEA GALAXY EVENING LIVE 19830727  . This happened to be their last performance of Swallow.
