The proposed amendments to the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act will elevate the standards of regulation, ensuring better protection for Victorians, simplifying access to donor conception registers, and removing unnecessary barriers to accessing donor gametes.

Access to healthcare services close to home in so vital and something that the Allan Government recognises, that is why we are improving this Bill to provide fit for purpose and modernise healthcare right across Victoria.
