This video tutorial will show you how to knit a seamless, top-down, folded neckline. You can use this method to work a folded neckline on any top-down sweater pattern. The finished neckline maintains its flexibility and looks nice and tidy.

This method does NOT require you to begin with a provisional cast-on. I recommend the German Twisted Cast-on for maximum flexibility.
