Happy 3rd birthday to my channel! This video is unrelated today but it's march 6th, the day where I uploaded my first vid and I'm SO happy I did! Best decision I could have made that day! Tonight I'm whispering a list of some things I've learned over the past years. From mindfulness to confidence to femininity and to growth. I hope this offers a bit of comfort when you need it. To my younger self: 26 lessons in 26 years

1. I am always going to be here to take care of you
2. Even with health issues you can live a fulfilling life
3. You vote with your money every day, vote wisely as a form of activism
4. You are not singlehandedly ruining the planet by making purchases - be gentle with yourself
5. Your inner critic is the loudest critic you know, give yourself some grace when you catch it
6. Be yourself furiously and don’t avoid confrontation - that’s where you grow
7. It’s okay if love is a little messy sometimes, trust your gut
8. Loosen the grip - trust the universe and if you can’t just give it a chance at least
9. Taking yourself to the spa is the biggest gift you can give to yourself - aside from deleting social media
10. You make your own path, just because you have no examples of your path doesn’t mean it’s not the right one for you
11. Home is many things. It’s a house, sure. But you’ll find it in people, places, scents, memories and in yourself, so don’t worry too much about the concept. You’ll create it wherever.
12. Multiple savings accounts
13. Low/mid rise jeans just look phenomenal on you and they feel better. Show off those long legs!!
14. Your needs are often more banal than you think - maslov’s pyramid baby.
15. Just because you have the degree doesn’t mean you mean you need to do the job
16. Not eating sugar will make you happier
17. No better skincare than eating well - look into that before looking into products
18. Do not underestimate the power of a good thrifted find on your emotional and spiritual wellbeing
19. Being sober is cool, be louder about that
20. Period underwear.
21. Get the tattoo/piercing, decorate this meat sack however you like, life is too short to be serious - but do take time to think it through a little ok come on
22. Take up space. The only thing holding you back from achieving the big dreams is your shyness.
23. Invest in friendships/people with shared values. Don’t prioritise the superficial ones to fit in
24. Solo travel fills your soul so keep making time for that - solo dates if you can’t go big
25. A full bush rocks
26. The more present you are, the happier you are. Notice and savour all the laughter and love and casual magic around you, there is an abundance things that make life worth living. You are insanely resilient and capable, don’t let anyone or anything take that from you.
