I’ve worked with thousands of dogs of every age, breed, and temperament over the past 30 years and this is the only product that I’ve found to effectively stop destructive chewing.

Many of my clients presented to me other products that they were told would help, but either their dog liked it, or it was just ineffective. I have not founf a dog who has liked Grannick’s Bitter Apple. It was designed to stop dogs from chewing on theur fur, but it is very effective to stop them from chewing on their leash, your shoes , furniture, ETC

The only drawback is that it contains a lot of alcohol so it evaporates quickly. That’s why I spray it in their mouth first and then on the item that they’re chewing on. When they return to the item after a little bit, they’ll remember the potency it had in their mouth and stick to their toys.

NOTE: You must also address the reason why your dog is chewing on things that he shouldn’t be. It may be that you are confusing him with the wrong kind of toys, he needs more exercise, confinement when left alone, Etc. Unwanted behaviors are always tied to your relationship with your dog and those issues must be addressed as well.
