How to cook Nilagang Baboy | Pork Soup Recipe - Popular Filipino Dish
Ingredients:
1. Blanch Pork Leg
3 liters - water
2 tbsp - salt
2 slices - ginger
1.5 kilos - pork leg

2. Saute/ Simmer
3 tbsp - cooking oil
2 tbsp - garlic
1 cup - shallots
blanched pork leg
2 tbsp - fish sauce
3 tsp - whole peppercorns
100 grams - potato
100 grams - carrots
100 grams - radish
10 cups - water
300 grams - potatoes
2 pcs - sweet corns
300 grams - radish
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 tsp - salt
200 grams - Baguio beans
100 grams - local celery
400 grams - cabbage
garnish with spicy chilis + spring onions

Nilaga Dipping Sauce:
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
2 tbsp - shallots
2 tbsp - calamansi juice
2 tbsp - soy sauce
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning

Cooking Time: not less than 2 hours (depending on the quality of meat)
