I used to be very much anti-home gym. I never thought I'd be able to get in solid workouts at home. But I was forced into building my own home gym... and now I can never go back.

I've heard all the excuses for NOT having a home gym, so I want to try to persuade you to start one. No matter what your training style is, no matter what your space looks like, no matter how tight your budget is, you can make a home gym work for you. And I think it's worth it for absolutely everybody.
