Silver Springs FULL Campground Tour, Ocala Florida

We visited Silver Springs in Ocala Florida still while practicing for our full time life. Now that we are RV Living Full Time, we cant wait to stay again. The museum and Cracker Town within the campground and of course the World Famous Glass Bottom boat at the park itself are enough to keep you busy and amazed.

Silver Springs Campground is located deep on the property, with most sites offering large sites and an abundance of greenery. Besides having the usual amenities within the campground- Bath House, a dump station & laundry- they also have the Silver River Museum and Education Center with a store, a replica Cracker Homestead, but also trails and a large playground. Even their internet was better than many campgrounds we have been to. Check out Fort King right down the road, as well.
We loved our stay and wished we could have spent more time there.
