Reduced-Order Modeling for Battery Thermal Behavior

Описание к видео Reduced-Order Modeling for Battery Thermal Behavior

Reduced-order modeling for the thermal behavior of batteries combines a realistic cell chemistry model for estimating power dissipation (losses) using Simscape Battery™ and a reduced order model (ROM) of a 3D FEA-based thermal model using Partial Differential Equation Toolbox™ to accurately simulate the thermal profile of the batteries.

Generate a ROM to enable the analysis of the spatial thermal behavior of a battery cell during a fast-charging scenario. You can use the resulting ROM in the Analyze Battery Spatial Temperature Variation During Fast Charge (Simscape Battery) example to analyze the maximum temperature gradient.
