Crash and Burn! Second day of practice on the Air Trekkers, after running and tired out, I tried to just do a bit of bouncing. Came down with one knee locked and lost it onto the edge of the down tailgate of the truck. I was wearing a back brace thankfully! I bent belly down forward and felt about every lower vertebrae pop. You can see the concerned look on my face after!
My pointer Kit sure came to the rescue.
After thanking God and resting I did some more bouncing and a couple more runs (with better results:) ).
