After Rebuilding Center said they don't accept fans anymore and some people bring them in, I set off in a search to find another salvage shop to find fans there. Sure enough, it's further away from my house, but at least they accept just about any ceiling fan they comes in their store. Decided to look into it and it has some items that don't interest me. Only walked out with fan controls and called it a day.
