This video is quite different from my normal videos, but I've had lots of interest in the topic on my Instagram, with people asking for details and insight, and I promised I would provide an update/my findings.

Mental health is something that seems to always be either overblown or not talked about enough, depending on the person. As with most things, I try to be the middle ground between the two. This video outlines my objective experience with poor mental health in general, my experience with an antidepressant/anti-anxiety medication, and what I've learned along the way, in hopes that it will help others who may be going through something similar.

There is more information on the subject all the time now, which is great, so make sure to do your research as the resources listed below aren't all of it.
