This is a standard 12 volt gel-cell battery. When you touch the battery, it somehow turns on the touch lamp sitting nearby. There is no electrical connection between the light bulb and the 12 volt battery. Without touching the lamp or the 120 volt main wire, the red light bulb turns on when I touch my hand on the plastic casing of the 12 volt battery. This battery has been charged dozens of times with my solid state radiant charger.

Radiant energy is static electricity. You can charge a lead acid battery or similar battery with static electricity (radiant energy). The battery goes through a process of conditioning and the internal chemical structure is actually changed by the static electricity. The battery takes on 30% more energy by using this type of charging. But most importantly, the battery behaves a lot differently, and in some cases, appears to have some magic properties to it. John Bedini, in "Energy from the Vacuum - Part 2" was able to light up a small LED light by placing the light bulb near the tops of his batteries. Invisible etheric energy literally surrounds batteries that have been radiantly charged.


There is no mainstream accepted scientific explanation for this, but it does prove that there is an invisible electric field surrounding the battery.
