The Home Sale Advice Consultation
Our consultation service will take approximately one hour to complete dependent on the size and layout of your home, and will involve the following:

A professional assessment of your home externally and internally-room by room.
We will provide you with advice and tips which relate directly to your home.
We will provide demonstrations (where relevant) to improve home "Staging" which may assist you to prepare your home before you get it valued, or for sales brochure photographs, or to prepare prior to home viewings.
A Consultation report will then be sent to you containing all the advice and tips provided during the consultation which you can use again and again to prepare your home before viewers arrive.

Note: "Staging"-is a method of home preparation for home viewings or for photo-graphic purposes.

A Consultation report will be sent to you soon after the consultation by email (or by post where internet or email is unavailable) and the Consultation Fee will be re-quested at the end of the Consultation. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Debit or Credit Card.

Consultation Fees*

£99 for homes valued up to £500,000.
£149 for homes valued over £500,000 and up to £1 million.
£199 for homes valued over £1 million up to £2 million.
£299 for homes valued more than £2 million.
