F1 Powerboat Heat Race 3 at Pittsburgh Regatta 8-5-18

The third and final heat race for the Formula One powerboats on the Allegheny River at the 41st Pittsburgh Three Rivers Regatta to finally determine the starting positions for the main race taking place later Sunday evening August 5, 2018.
