Arthur Collins and Byron G. Harlan were both two big American Singers from the 1890s - 1920s. Collin's was The Ragtime King. and Harlan was.. Well, he didn't have any title. But around 1901 they both started singing together. With Great Success too.

They started recording on The Victor Monarch in 1901. Around 1906 they got a record on Edison, but they remained mostly of Victor until 1907 when they switched to Columbia. Around 1910 they started to record on Both Victor and Columbia instead of just one or the other. This would last until the End of their recording duo in 1920. In 1918 - 1920 they also got a few Okeh, Bell, and Gennett records.

They had Many hits together. Including Alexanders Rag Time Band in 1911, Tell Me Pretty Maiden in 1902. At The Darktown Strutters Ball, The Boys Are Marching in 1910, The Aba Daba Honeymoon in 1914, When the Midnight Choo-Choo Leaves for Alabam' in 1913, Snookey Ookums in 1913, Casey Jones in 1910, In the Wildwood Where the Blue Bells Grew in 1907, Ragtime Soldier Man in 1912, and Many more.
