All right guys, I'm doing one last arm triangle, and this was a real tricky one. Again, great move. It's an old, old, old move. I saw it executed in the Mundial's in like 2001 or 2002 in, but it's very applicable to Nogi and MMA. So, it starts in one of the best positions in Jujitsu in the back. So, I'm at the back and I'm going for the rear making choke, but I'm not getting it. He starts escaping. I get my underhook here. Notice how I transition from the back to the arm triangle. One more time. I'm going to start this way. I'm attacking the choke, around the back, but I don't get it. I reestablish my underhook. That's the key, my underhook. Now, as he starts escaping, I come over. I slide my arm under, base, trap the head. Now, again guys, we have to adjust. Make sure his head is tight against my arm, here.

We can finish him advanced, or traditional. Notice how I tapped him with only one arm. Of course, you can do two, but handicap yourself when you are training. If you can tap him out with one arm, for sure you can do two. One arm makes you not rely on your hands. Let's do it one more time. I'm going for the choke, his head is down, I don't get it, he starts escaping, bring my head over, rotate around, all right guys? Now you see how everything is tight? Lock up. Finish. Finished. And that's the arm triangle transition off the back control.
