'I suffered childhood abuse around age 6, which led me into a life full of toxicity as an adult. I dealt with it all alone and as a result, I hit rock-bottom in 2019. I lost everything.
That was my worst moment, but also my best, because it was at that moment I decided enough was enough and I started to slowly piece my life back together and allow myself to heal.
I have made it my mission to be a support to others and be the person I wish I had, when the traumatic experiences began happening to me. Mental health affects everyone at some stage in their lives. Anxiety and depression does not discriminate over who it hits and can creep up on you before you even realise. I want you to know, even in your darkest moments, there will ALWAYS be a way to make things better, small steps can make the biggest changes, so please don't suffer in silence.'
