- [x] Xray (3rd Floor)
- [x] Laboratory (4th floor) blood only
- [x] Check out (3rd floor); Back 1:30pm for Results and further instructions

SLEC Day 2
- [x] Immunization 9am (chicken pox, measles, tetanus, flu, hepa) 2nd floor
- [x] 9:20am releasing ground floor
- [x] 11:45am brown envelope and CD on-hand ❤️

Tips / Notes
- [x] No need to come super early. 15 minutes before your schedule is more than okay. You will not be admitted anyway before your scheduled time.
- [x] Bring tubig and a crackers in case you get gutom.
- [x] Wear a dress/shorts on the 2nd day for immunization; I had 5 shots (2 each arm and 1 on my thigh)
- [x] During the physical exam you will be asked to take off your clothes except your bra and panty.
- [x] Bring a pen.
