Anxiety can really seem like it takes a hold of your entire life sometimes. I was there. I struggled with social anxiety for YEARS in college. I was constantly worried about what other people were thinking about me... or what I THOUGHT other people were thinking about me.

Finally, I started asking myself different questions. Instead of, "I wonder what they're thinking about ME?".... I asked, "I wonder what they're thinking about?".

Once I stopped making it all about me, my perspective shifted and so too did my beliefs. Just like I'm all worried about what others think of me, others are likely worried about what I will think of them. So.... they aren't worried about me, they're worried about themselves, just like I am of me.

We all feel like there is a spotlight on us. It's not just you.
