LOG Method + Gel Gel Plop Water Mousse for Frizz Control + Moisture Retention in Wavy Curly Hair

Today I'm using the LOG Method popularised by Ingecurls along with a technique that I came up with called Gel Gel Plop Water Mousse.

What is gel gel plop water mousse you ask? Well, the name leaves much to be desired, I agree, but BY GOLLY THE TECHNIQUE WORKS!!! This technique significantly reduces my frizz and therefore I had to share it.

Plopping is an art. Sometimes, when you plop and your hair is not coated properly with enough gel, or your hair lacks that seaweed like feel, plopping can really destroy your curl clumps and give you halo frizz.
Even if your plopping is on point and you have done everything to get seaweed like hair after styling, plopping can sometimes cause a teeny tiny bit of frizz. This method will drastically reduce the frizz you experience.

If you have lower to medium porosity hair and don't have any issues with moisture retention, then you can totally omit the oil from your routine altogether. But I seriously urge you to try the second technique if you're struggling with frizz.

You can even do the water + mousse steps on days when you don't have time to refresh but want to control your frizz.
