Let me explain it with an interesting example…
Suppose you are watching an action movie. Our mind and body undergo various reactions as they respond to the stimuli presented on the screen. Our Heart Rate and Blood Pressure increases. Our Sympathetic Nervous System activates which is responsible for the body's "fight or flight" response. Which leads to physiological changes such as increased alertness, dilated pupils, and enhanced sensory perception. Exciting action scenes also trigger the release of endorphins, which are neurotransmitters that act as natural painkillers and mood elevators.
