Starting at sunny Langsett reservoir, Katie meets Dave our Manager of Raw Water & Maintenance Services, who explains where Yorkshire’s water comes from.

Next, she visits Walshaw Dean near Halifax to talk with Andy, our Head of Water Production, about how we tackle the challenges of droughts.

Katie then learns about our grid system from Fionna, our Operations Team Leader, before heading to Sheffield to meet Fran, our Field Operations Manager to find out what we’re doing to reduce leakage.

Katie’s journey ends at our control room in Bradford, where Emergency Preparedness Manager Tom highlights his team’s vital role in keeping Yorkshire’s water flowing. 💧
