Catarata Intumescente Blanco punción D.O.R.C. Eva

Intumescent cataract pressure relief Se trata de una catarata hipermadura traumática en paciente joven. Se realiza la Blanco Punción descrita por el Dr Ariel Blanco (ARG) a cámara cerrada con aguja de 30 G.
La capsulorrexis escapa dos veces pero se retoma centrípetamente.
Se utiliza el sistema EVA Upgraded de Fluídica dual de D.O.R.C. (Venturi de doble pistón) que permite alto flujo, vacío y potencia de US con la estabilidad de cámara necesaria en una catarata de este tipo.
Se realiza la facoemulsificación en 1.26 minutos con tan sólo 10 segundos de faco efectivo.
Se implanta Acrysof IQ de Alcon Labs, acrílica hidrofóbica asférica.

It is a traumatic hypermature cataract in a young patient. The Target Puncture described by Dr Ariel Blanco (ARG) is performed in a closed chamber with a 30 G needle.
The capsulorhexis escapes twice but returns centripetally.
The EVA Upgraded Dual Fluidics system from D.O.R.C. (Double piston venturi) that allows high flow, vacuum and US power with the necessary chamber stability in a cataract of this type.
Phacoemulsification is performed in 1.26 minutes with only 10 seconds of effective phaco.
Acrysof IQ from Alcon Labs, aspherical hydrophobic acrylic, is implanted.
