The Last Ringbearer is written by Kirill Yeskov and a translation into English from the original Russian has been made available. The book is set in Tolkien's world of Arda during and after the War of the Rings. It is billed as an apocryphal account of Arda's history, and thus written from the viewpoint of the Mordorians.

Author and ardent fantasy book enthusaist Teresa "Amehana" Garcia gives her opinion on this book by Dr Kirill Yeskov.
