The Prime Minister launched a big attack on the Congress, saying the party aims to divide people in name of caste and wants to break the unity of the OBCs, SCs and STs. He said Congress is the biggest enemy of OBCs
The PM also challenged Rahul Gandhi to publicly praise Veer Savarkar and Balasaheb Thackeray and said MVA allies had told Gandhi to not insult Savarkar during the election campaign

The Income Tax department is conducting raids at the residence of Sunil Srivastava, allegedly a close aide and personal secretary of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, said sources on Saturday.
According to the sources, nine different locations are covered in the raids in Ranchi and Jamshedpur.
Hemant Soren said Income tax conducted raids on the premises of my associates. I don't need to say much about this because I have spoken many times about the condition of constitutional agencies. The whole country is watching on which parameters they are working and against whom they are working... Have you ever seen such action in the middle of elections?... Before 2014, such things used to happen very rarely in the country...
