The HU - Mongolian folk metal band formed in 2016. Incorporating traditional Mongolian instrumentation, including the morin khuur, the tovshuur, and throat singing, the band calls their style of music "hunnu rock", a term inspired by the Xiongnu, an ancient tribal confederation of uncertain origins, known as Hünnü in Mongolia.

Elizabeth Mae "Lzzy" Hale IV - American musician. She is the vocalist and rhythm guitarist in the hard rock band Halestorm, which she founded with her brother Arejay Hale in 1997. She has since achieved success as the vocalist of Halestorm, and has performed live and recorded as a guest with other rock/metal artists and musicians in other genres.
