Описание к видео Where have I been, where’s the new content, and what is happening?

In this video I give a brief description of why I haven’t been releasing new content and how am I planning to rectify that.

To make a long story short, the corona virus left me working from home, which led to me eating poorly, drinking too much, and not exercising so my motivation plummeted. Weight gain set in pretty fast, and I’ve been feeling down.

But have no fear! I just joined a gym, I’ll be documenting that whole part of my journey to get the motivation back where it belongs, and uploading the standard content of how-to videos and reviews before you know it!
