Recipe
Ingredients A:
7-8 hericium mushrooms
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
2 inches ginger (sliced)
1 tbsp cornstarch flour
A little water

Ingredients B (sambal):
1 onion *
4 garlic cloves *
2 fresh red chilies *
4 bird’s eye chilies *
1 tomato *
*Grind all the ingredients above.
1 tsp sugar
Salt and seasoning powder as needed
Oil as needed (heated)
A few slices spring onion (Garnishing)

Cooking method:
1 Mix hericium mushrooms with oyster sauce vegetarian, light soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger. Mix well.
2 Then, add cornstarch flour and a little water. Mix well. Then steam for 10-15 minutes.
3 While it is steaming, we make sambal from ingredient B. Grind all the ingredients marked ( * ). Don't grind too fine. Transfer to a bowl.
4 Then add enough sugar, salt, seasoning powder. Then put the heated oil. Stir well. Set aside.
5 When the hericium mushrooms cooked, remove from the steamer then, put the sambal on top. Sprinkle some sliced spring onions. Ready to be served.
