Today we’re in the Costa Rican rainforest visiting the Toucan Rescue Ranch, an organisation that is rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing exotic animals back into their natural habitats.
Founded in 2004, Toucan Rescue Ranch’s mission is to give Costa Rican wildlife a fighting chance, and also provide sanctuary to those who cannot survive in the wild on their own. This ensures a brighter future for native species, while also creating a space for education and activism for locals and visitors alike to get involved with.
The work that Toucan Rescue Ranch is doing is critical for protecting the native wildlife in Costa Rica and we are incredibly thankful to the team for taking the time to show us around and give us insight on what you do.
