Today, I have a few special announcements I want to share with you. First, moving forward, my office will no longer be known as Ryan Butler Homes. Instead, we’re rebranding and re-launching as DC Homes & Lifestyle. This change has been in the works for the while, but along with this announcement also comes the release of our new website. TRANSCRIPTION: I have three surprise announcements I’m excited to be able to share with you today.

First, we will be re-launching and rebranding from Ryan Butler Homes to DC Homes & Lifestyle. This has been in the works for a while, but now we’ll be able to launch the new website along with this rebranding.

Second, I won the DC/Maryland Regional Rookie of the Year Award at the 2017 Keller Williams Family Reunion. Even though I started in 2016, 2017 was my first full year, so winning this award was very exciting for both me and my office. I couldn't have done it without the help of all my great clients and friends.

Third, my one-man team is now growing. I’ve hired an operations specialist whose job it will be to make sure the office is running smoothly and we extend only the best customer service that I love providing.
