This MariaDB tutorial will walk you through what sql operations have been made crash-safe since MariaDB 10.6.

The following SQL operations are now considered crash-safe:

[CREATE|REPLACE] TABLE: such SQL queries now work in such a way that in case of a crash, the table we're performing operations on will be dropped no matter what happens (i.e. the table is dropped, then recreated.)

DROP DATABASE: this SQL query now works by looping over all of the tables within your database instance and dropping them one-by-one.
In case of a crash, the effects of the DROP DATABASE SQL query are the exact same as with the DROP TABLE SQL query.

Do note that the crash-safe functionality within mariadb server still needs some work as far as the S3 and partitioning storage engines are concerned.
