My Problems With Visible

Since signing up for Visible just over 9 months ago, I have encountered a few issues with this service. Since my last video, I was able to convince family members to switch to this service, which has allowed me to discover more issues that I had not seen before. I experienced problems with their trade-in process, customer service, and even signing up for the service and I thought it would be a good idea to highlight these in a video, making you the most informed customer possible!
