Ex-CIA Director James Woolsey got a little too honest during an interview with Fox News' Laura Ingraham in 2018, wherein, much to Ingraham's surprise and subsequent joyous laughter, he admitted that the US has a history of meddling in other countries' elections for a "good cause" and in the "interest of democracy."

The kernel of truth popped as Woolsey and the Fox anchor were discussing Russia's alleged election interference during Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign.

As Woolsey begins to chronicle the CIA's dark history of election interference in countries like Greece and Italy post-World War 2, Ingraham interrupts him to confirm that the US does not "do that now though," which he goes on to confirm more than deny with a rather unambiguous and unconscionable "nyum nyum nyum nyum."
