🍳 Pakane ka Samay (Cook Time): 10–15 mins

🧂 Ingredients (Samagri):
Main:

3 medium size aloo (boiled and grated)

2 tbsp rice flour (for crispiness)
(alternatives: singhada atta for vrat, or besan for regular days)

1–2 green chilies (finely chopped)

1/2 inch ginger (grated)

2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)

Salt as per taste (sendha namak for vrat)

1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)

1–2 tbsp water (if needed to adjust consistency)

Optional Add-ins:

Finely chopped onion (if not for vrat)

Red chili flakes or black pepper

Grated carrot or beetroot (for nutrition boost)

🔥 Instructions (Vidhi):
🥣 Step 1: Batter Banaayein

Uble huye aloo ko achhi tarah mash ya grate kar lein.

Isme rice flour, green chilies, ginger, coriander, jeera, namak aur optional ingredients daalein.

Thoda paani daal kar soft dough ya thick batter jaise banayein. Consistency thick ho, zyada watery na ho.

🍳 Step 2: Chilla Banayein

Tawa ko medium heat par garam karein. Thoda sa tel daalein ya ghee (especially for vrat).

Ek ball lein mixture ka aur tawa par spread karein (haath se ya spoon se patla tapka kar).

Dhak kar 2-3 minute sekhein jab tak crisp na ho jaaye.

Ab palat dein aur doosri side bhi golden brown hone tak sekhein.

Dono side crisp hone tak pakayein.
