Chicken noodles spring rolls

Iftar (Arabic. افطار )also known as ftoor (from فطور, fuṭūr, 'breakfast'), is the evening meal with which muslims end their daily Ramadan fast at sunset. They break their fast at the time of the Maghreb for the evening prayer. This is their second meal of the day; the daily fast during Ramadan begins immediately after the pre-dawn meal of suhur and continues during the daylight hours, ending with sunset with the evening meal of iftar.
Today I am sharing with you a special recipe of iftar with you.

Ingredients:
Boiled and shredded chicken : 2 cups
Cabbage chopped : 3 cups
Carrots shredded : 3 cups
Instant noodles : 2 packs
Green bell pepper : 1/2 cup
Spring onion : 6 chopped
Soya sauce: 3 tbsp
Black pepper : 2 tsp
Vinegar : 2 tbsp
Salt : 2-3 tsp
White pepper:1/2 tsp
Eggs :2

Steps:
Put the instant noodles in a large bowl and add in some hot water. Let them soak in there until just cooked and strain the water.

In a wok add some oil and add the boiled chicken and stir fry next add all the vegetables the chopped cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and mix it well. Next add the noodles and add in the soya sauce and vinegar and mix well. Stir fry until everything is cooked well. Add the salt, black pepper, white pepper and mix well. Add the spring onions and mix one more time. The filling is ready, let it cool while you get out the spring roll pastry.

Defrost the roll pastry and separate the sheets carefully. Place the sheet diagonally and add in 2-3 tbsps of the filling. Roll the pastry around the filling tightly. At the end seal the roll with the beaten egg.

Do the same for the rest.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry these rolls until golden brown. Place them in a plate with a tissue to soak the oil.

To cook the spring rolls in an air fryer first put the rolls in the air fryer and set the temperature at 180C. Brush the rolls with oil or oil spray and cook for 20 mins.

Serve with sweet and spicy sauce or ketchup
