Healing Hands Clinic has recently introduced Colon Hydrotherapy aka Colon Cleanse which is an ancient (Greek) form of cleansing the colon (large intestine) with water. It is a drug-free, safe and effective method of removing impacted fecal matter, retained gas, mucus and other waste materials from the colon. Each session which lasts about 45 minutes consists of inserting a nozzle into the rectum through which temperature and pressure controlled filtered water is allowed to flow into the colon. The water softens and loosens the fecal matter which is then rinsed out.
