ဒီနေ့တော့ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွက် အသုံးဝင်တဲ့ Google Drive အကြောင်းလေး နဲ့ အသုံးပြုပုံလေး တင်ပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။

Google drive ဟာ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ အတော်လေးအသုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။ Kတို့ရဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ဆောင်မှု data တွေကို အလွယ်တူသိမ်းဆည်းနိုင်ခြင်း၊ ဖန်တီးနိုင်ခြင်း၊ တစ်ဦးနဲ့တစ်ဦး sharing လုပ်နိုင်ခြင်း၊ အချိန်နေရာမရွေး သိမ်းဆည်းထားတဲ့အချက်အလက်တွေကို ဘယ် device ကမဆို ပြန်လည်ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်ခြင်း စတဲ့ အသုံးဝင်တဲ့နည်းများစွာရှိပါတယ်။

လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ google drive ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာသုံးတက်ခြင်းက Kတို့ကို လုပ်ငန်းခွင် efficient ဖြစ်စေပါတယ်။ Gmail account တစ်ခု ဖွင့်လိုက်တာနဲ့ google drive မှာ အဲ့ account အတွက် storage space 15GB free ရမှာပါ။ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့အချက်အလက်တွေကို သိမ်းဖို့ memory stick သဘောအသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Google drive ဟာ cloud-based application ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် အချက်အလက်တွေသိမ်းတဲ့အချိန်နဲ့ ပြန်ကြည့်တဲ့အချိန်မှာတော့ internet connection လိုပါတယ်နော်။
