So as simple as the title sounds, I am seeing a lot of big name lenders such as Quicken and Wells Fargo not sending clients mortgage estimates. This concerns me as you would not know all the details such as the cost of your rate, monthly payment, how much money you need for closing etc. Plus I think it is shady and a sales tactic.
