Philippine Native, Nitrogen-Fixing Trees (and some others) on the Farm 4K

Описание к видео Philippine Native, Nitrogen-Fixing Trees (and some others) on the Farm 4K

A walk around the farm to look at some nitrogen-fixing trees - some we've planted and some that were already growing when we arrived. We'll look at the following nitrogen-fixing Philippine Native Trees: Kamatog (Sympetalandra densiflora / Erythrophleum densiflorum), Narra (Pterocarpus indicus), Ipil (Intsia bijuga), Forest Siris (Albizia procera), Akle (Albizia acle), Salingkugi (Albizia saponaria), Supa (Sindora supa), and Tiagkot (Archidendron clypearia). We'll also briefly look at some trees that don't fix nitrogen: Dao (Dracontomelon dao), Kalantas (Toona Calantas), Amugis (Koordersiodendron pinnatum), and a ficus species.

Please see our other videos on our Philippine Native tree farm and reserve. If you'd like to support us as we continue this project, please see our Patreon page. Thanks for your support, everyone!
