On the bill to remove the Prime Minister, Chief Ministers and Ministers facing serious criminal charges, AIMIM chief and MP Asaduddin Owaisi said, "... We will oppose these bills. The central government has prepared to introduce a historic bill. Under this bill, if the Prime Minister, Union Minister, Chief Minister or Minister of any state or Union Territory remains in custody for 30 consecutive days in serious criminal cases, then they will have to resign by the 31st day, otherwise their services will automatically end. The central government is going to introduce three important bills in Parliament on Wednesday. These bills will be led by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and they can be sent to the parliamentary committee. Under this proposed law, if any elected representative, such as the Prime Minister, Union Minister, Chief Minister or Minister of State / Union Territory, remains in custody for 30 days in serious criminal cases, then they will have to resign from their post. If they do not do so, their services will automatically end on the 31st day.

गंभीर आपराधिक आरोपों में फंसे प्रधानमंत्री, मुख्यमंत्रियों और मंत्रियों को हटाने संबंधी विधेयक पर AIMIM प्रमुख और सांसद असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने कहा, "... हम इन बिलों का विरोध करेंगे. केंद्र सरकार ने एक ऐतिहासिक विधेयक पेश करने की तैयारी की है। इस विधेयक के तहत, अगर प्रधानमंत्री, केंद्रीय मंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री या किसी राज्य अथवा केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के मंत्री गंभीर आपराधिक मामलों में 30 दिनों तक लगातार हिरासत में रहते हैं, तो उन्हें 31वें दिन तक इस्तीफा देना होगा, अन्यथा उनकी सेवाएँ स्वतः समाप्त हो जाएँगी। केंद्र सरकार बुधवार को संसद में तीन महत्वपूर्ण विधेयक पेश करने जा रही है।इन विधेयकों का नेतृत्व केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह करेंगे, और इन्हें संसदीय समिति के पास भेजा जा सकता है। इस प्रस्तावित कानून के तहत, अगर कोई निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधि, जैसे कि प्रधानमंत्री, केंद्रीय मंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री या राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के मंत्री, गंभीर आपराधिक मामलों में 30 दिनों तक हिरासत में रहते हैं, तो उन्हें अपने पद से इस्तीफा देना होगा। अगर वे ऐसा नहीं करते, तो 31वें दिन उनकी सेवाएँ अपने आप खत्म हो जाएँगी।
