Today I’ll be creating a Halloween card using the Party Banners as the card base as well as a fun tip with the iridescent Halloween treat bags. This card was inspired by a banner Stampin’ Up! made as a sample of showcasing the entire Spooky Sweet Halloween Collection. It’s a fun one!
